Bread Making with Congalli® (meaning "well-browned" in Japanese,) is designed and maintained by Kanae Yamanaka, who also runs Bread Making Workshop with Congalli® in Chigasaki, Shonan.

Kanae Yamanaka

I live in Shonan, Japan, and I teach bread making in my kitchen. I am an autholized Cheese Professional as well.

I have completed Le Cordon Blue Basic Baking Course, which taught me a lot about French bread. I have also completed the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating courses.
